Fashion and Fashion designing are two different things

A child in my session wants to know “how does fashion becomes fashion, who and how it is decided”. She wants to meet people who understand about fashion, who like to follow fashion, who use fashion. If you are one of them, please let me know, if she can talk to you, or you can suggest some books, other people or any other resources to explore fashion. She does not want to explore fashion designing, she is clear she wants to work on “fashion”.
