‘Aarohi is a community of self directed learners – Children who decide what they want to learn, how they want to learn, when they want to learn and who use self assessment. We do not follow any philosophy, we follow the child’.

This naturally brings skepticism “HOW is this possible?”To make this possible kids at Aarohi explore various self learning tools, one of them is self planning. Using various process to map their own abilities, skills, interest and talents. One of the parents shared “It was an amazing experience, I realized that my child has so much of clarity with what skill he has and what he needs and what he has to develop. It gave me a new perspective of my child’s growth and maturity. He said ‘this I have’ ‘but I need to develop this’ ‘I recognize that I have’ ‘I am not interested for next 3 months’. He was very clear about his abilities. He had the clarity that if he takes up too many things he will not be able to work on it all of them and it would become very hectic. When every child can work on self realization and inner wisdom no one would want to hurt others or themselves.”

We believe in child and continue to do so 🙂 and continue with stringer beliefs in learning capabilities…..and that’s why we say

Imagine a learning community for children (and adults) where there is no curriculum – Imagine aarohi where there is no teaching
Imagine aarohi where there are no classes
Imagine aarohi where there are no tests and exams
Imagine Aarohi, a life education, where learning happens because children want to learn from their life – for their life.
Imagine aarohi which does not make the learning easy.
Imagine aarohi which does not make the learning obvious. We make it confusing.I
magine aarohi which guarantees one definitive outcome – that learning will be self discovery.
Imagine aarohi which does not need to make the learning interesting, since children work from their interest.
